We cover the area of Miami, the Caribbean, and South American Countries. We also keep a large stock of products to make your delivery fast. Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund for the returned item. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 2 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.

The Return Process

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then call our office or your sales rep for a pickup or mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied as credit for your next purchase. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Restrictions

Used or opened items will not be eligible for a refund. If the case has stained on the box after it was purchased, we will not accept any leaked cases. Please ensure you inspect the delivery thoroughly. 

Please note a 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.

Delivery Policy

We offer delivery within 2 days of purchase; we service from West Palm Beach County to the Homestead area. We can deliver to a freight forward if you are purchasing for export. We also provide drop shipping services if you are purchasing outside of our deliveries area. The cost for delivery is $2 per order for small orders and $15 per pallet for bulk orders.

Payment Policy

Payment terms for all orders are subject to C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) if you would like to change your payment terms, you need to speak with your Sales Rep or the Finance Department.
