Xcel Super Duty Diesel Motor Oil CF-2 SAE 40 is a heavy-duty diesel engine oil formulated for two-stroke (two-cycle) diesel engines, such as older Detroit Diesel units, as well as other equipment that specifies a CF-2 oil. It meets the requirements of API CF-2, with a low-ash, high-detergency additive system that controls deposits, scuffing, and wear in demanding two-stroke diesel service. Packed as a case of four one-gallon jugs for shops and service trucks. A straight SAE 40 covers hot-running and heavily loaded engines, marine and stationary power, and the transmissions and final drives on equipment that specifies a monograde.
