TekStar R&O AW Hydraulic Oil ISO 32 is a rust- and oxidation-inhibited, ashless anti-wear hydraulic fluid for hydraulic systems, turbines, compressors, lightly loaded gear cases, and circulation systems. It resists sludge and oxidation, protects against wear, and stays chemically and thermally stable, exceeding Cincinnati Milacron P-38, P-54, P-55, and P-57, Denison HF-1, U.S. Steel 126, and GE 32568 requirements. ISO VG 32 is the light end of the antiwear range: mobile equipment, lifts, and systems with high-speed pumps or cold morning starts where a heavier oil would cavitate before it flowed. Match the ISO grade the pump manufacturer specifies, since running too heavy starves the pump and too light drops film strength.
